You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:
•    Notify RxFabric of any unauthorized use.
•    Log out after each session.
•    Use the site only for lawful purposes and avoid uploading or distributing harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
Any violation—such as spamming, abuse, defamation, or uploading malware—may lead to termination of service or legal action.

3. Services & Product Use
RxFabric offers the sale of clothing and related products. Orders are subject to availability and our return, refund, and cancellation policies. Additional product-specific terms may apply as mentioned on product pages.
While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur. In such cases, we may request customer confirmation before proceeding with substitutions.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
All intellectual property—including text, images, trademarks, software, and content—is owned by RxFabric unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
Content you upload (e.g., for customization) remains your property, but you grant RxFabric a non-exclusive license to use it for order fulfillment or display, where applicable.

6. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Products listed with a price of ₹0 are considered unlisted—please contact support for updated pricing.
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. RxFabric does not store your card details. Transactions are encrypted and handled according to PCI-DSS standards.

7. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping partner.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and location. Delays may occur due to third-party logistics issues.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
RxFabric accepts returns and refunds according to its policies for eligible products. Customized items are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

9. Termination of Access
RxFabric may suspend or terminate your account if:
•    You violate these Terms.
•    You misuse or manipulate our services unethically.
Termination may result in deletion of your data and loss of access. You are still responsible for any transactions initiated before termination.

10. User Responsibilities & Warranty
You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring your content is legal, and RxFabric is not liable for violations arising from user-submitted material.
You are also solely responsible for safeguarding your login details and any activities under your account.
