Refund policy
Return and Refunds Policy:
Products without embroidery are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not provide a pickup service—customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense.
Once we receive the returned item in resalable condition, we will process a refund of the product cost along with GST. The refund will reflect in your account within 4 to 5 business days from the date of initiation.
In case of a manufacturing defect, RxFabric will cover the shipping costs both ways.

Please note:
• Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
• Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once approved, a full refund will be issued, and the amount will be credited to your account within 4 to 5 business days.
Size Exchange Policy:
Garments without embroidery and in new condition can be exchanged for a different size. Customers are required to courier the item(s) back to us at their own cost.
RxFabric will dispatch the requested size on the same day we receive the return, provided the item is in stock. If the size is temporarily out of stock, it will typically be restocked within 7 days and shipped as soon as available.
