How do I check my order status?
After your order ships, we’ll send you a WhatsApp message and/or email with a
tracking number and a link to follow.
What payment options are available?
• Credit or debit card
• Net banking
• UPI (e.g., Google Pay)
• Cash on Delivery (available for non-embroidered items under ₹5,000), with OTP-based mobile verification and WhatsApp confirmation
Can I place Cash on Delivery Order?
Yes— we have COD option while placing order. However, after your order is placed our representative will call you for confirmation. Your order will be processed upon your conformation
Can I add my company GST number to the online invoice?
Not for standard web orders. However, B2B orders can be placed by calling us directly and we can incorporate your GST number.
Are there bulk discounts?
Yes, enjoy 10% off on orders over ₹2,000 and 15% off orders above ₹10,000. Shipping is free across India.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel through our Contact page or chat—only before the order ships. Custom orders can’t be cancelled once production starts.
Can I view my past orders?
Yes—log into your account to view your order history.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! You can check and try items at our office:

Can I place an online order and pick it up in person?
Sure—select store pickup during checkout and notify customer care once your order is placed.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but only if it hasn’t shipped yet. Custom or embroidery orders can’t be edited once in production.
RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
Non-custom, non-embroidered items in new condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to ship the items back at your cost and include your order number. Once they arrive in re-sellable condition, we issue a refund.
How do I request an exchange?
Send the item back at your cost. We’ll ship the replacement size the same day we receive it, if it’s in stock. Out-of-stock sizes are restocked in about 7 days for shipping.

Which courier do you use for COD orders?
We work with Shiprocket, and delivery takes 3–7 days depending on your pin code.
How long will delivery take?
- Order under 5 kg (up to 8 items): 2–4 days
Orders over 5 kg:
- North, South and West India: 3–4 days
- Central, East and North East India: 4–8 days
- Embroidery items: additional 5 days
How can I track my order?
We send tracking details via WhatsApp and email upon shipping. If you don’t see them, please contact customer care or use our chat feature.
SIZE SELECTION
My measurements are between sizes—what should I do?
Choose the larger size, which can be tailored smaller if needed—especially for customized items.
How can I get sizes right for my team?
1. Use our size guide to estimate sizes.
2. Order one of each size first.
3. Check the fit when they arrive.
4. Then place the full order for correct sizes.
Can I mix-and-match top and bottom sizes?
Yes, via custom orders (charges apply). Contact support for details.
I’m taller—can I get longer pants?
Yes, custom orders can provide longer pants (not tops). Reach out to support for options and pricing.
Can I order only tops instead of full sets?
We typically sell sets, but for orders over 50 items, you can request only tops with customization.
