Order Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods or festive seasons, there may be minor delays. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing a little extra time for delivery.
If your order is significantly delayed, we will inform you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Please note, RxFabric reserves the right to select the shipping partner for delivery. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a collection fee of ₹49 will apply. This charge is non-refundable.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Damages or Loss During Shipping
RxFabric is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
If your package is damaged or items are missing, we suggest you contact the courier company directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and damaged items safely until the claim is resolved.
